Narrative

El nombre fue dado por el personal científico del Instituto Antártico Chileno durante la Expedición Antártica Chilena de 1990-1991, debido a que, a la distancia, este cerro semeja el dorso de un delfín. Cerro que se ubica el S de la playa Bahamonde e inmediatamente al W de la punta La Caverna, en la costa W del cabo Shirreff de la isla Livingston, islas Shetland del Sur.
