Narrative

Isolated Bluff at the SW extremity of Tonkin Island, Bowman Coast. The name is in recognition of its discovery by Mark Russell, a member of the Mapping and Geographical Information Centre (MAGIC) staff at BAS. 'Isengard' is the name of the home of the wizard 'Saruman' in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkein (APC, 2003).
