This name originates from United Kingdom. It is part of the Gazetteer of the British Antarctic Territory and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
mountain range at southern end of Adelaide Island, extending from McCallum Pass in the north to Cape Alexandra in the south, was roughly mapped as part of Graham Land by FAE, 1903-05, partly surveyed from the ground by FIDS from "Stonington Island", 1948 and partly photographed from the air by FIDASE, 1957,. Named after HRH The Princess Anne, Princess Royal of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (APC, 2006).
