Narrative

A summit c.2041m at the south end of Wendler Spur in Apocalypse Peaks, Victoria Land. The crest stands between the head of Albert Valley and Papitashvili Valley. Feature shown on: NZ AntTopo50-ME07

Named For

Named by the New Zealand Geographic Board after Geoffrey (Toby) Rose, an Australian geologist who lead a scientific party in the Mount Bastion and Sponsors Peak area, mapping some 1000km² of coal measures during one visit in 1984-1985.
