The island in the Aitcho group on the W side of English Strait in the South Shetland Islands situated 70 m S of Jorge Island, 1.85 km NNW of Barrientos Island and 1.45 km NE of Emeline Island. Extending 450 by 290 m. Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Bilyana is a name from Bulgarian music folklore.
