A valley glacier flowing north from Cartographers Range into Pearl Harbor Glacier in the Victory Mountains, Victoria Land. Approximately 4 miles long, the tributary enters Pearl Harbor Glacier 5.2 miles west of Mount Bridger. Named by US-ACAN (2009) after Gregory Anselm Manuel, U.S. Geological Survey, Geography Discipline, 1980-2009; member of the USGS satellite surveying team at Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, winter party 1988.
