This name originates from United States of America. It is part of the United States Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A glacier flowing south along the western side of Hughes Ridge and entering Hearfield Glacier in Cartographers Range, Victory Mountains, Victoria Land. Named by US-ACAN (2009) after Harold Scott Lawson, cartographer, U.S. Geological Survey, Geography Discipline, 1978-2004; member of the USGS satellite surveying team at Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, winter party 1985.
