This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The partly ice-free bluff rising to over 700 m on Trinity Peninsula in Graham Land. Situated in the NE foothills of Detroit Plateau, 3.56 km S of Mount Schuyler, 4.88 km SW of Antonov Peak and 6.83 km W of Bozveli Peak in Trakiya Heights, and 6.89 km NW of Bezbog Peak and 7.08 km NNW of Gurgulyat Peak in Kondofrey Heights, and 11.52 km ENE of Bendida Peak. Surmounting Victory Glacier to the SE. German-British mapping in 1996. Named after Skoparnik Peak on Vitosha Mountain in Western Bulgaria.
