This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The peak rising to 2100 m in Petvar Heights, SE Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated 3.52 km NE of Mount Landolt, 14.35 km S of Mount Benson, 8.41 km W of Long Peak and 7.12 km N of Miller Peak. Overlooking Kornicker Glacier to the NW, Razboyna Glacier to the NE, and Drama Glacier to the E. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlement of Bagra in Southern Bulgaria.
