This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The low rocky point on the SE coast of Nelson Island in the South Shetland Islands forming the E side of the entrance to Tuida Cove. Situated 4.47 km WSW of Duthoit Point, 4.17 km ENE of Ivan Alexander Point and 11.31 km E by N of Ross Point. British mapping in 1968. Named after the settlement of Slavotin in Northwestern Bulgaria.
