This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The peak rising to 2600 m in the E foothills of Craddock Massif in Sentinel Range, Ellsworth Mountains. Situated on the side ridge descending eastwards from Mount Craddock towards Mount Osbourne, 1.86 km NE of Sanchez Peak, 4.24 km SSE of Elfring Peak and 1.97 km W of Mount Osbourne. Overlooking Sowers Glacier to the NW and Saltzman Glacier to the S. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlements of Stolnik in Western and Northeastern Bulgaria.
