This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The ice-covered peak rising to 1000 m in the SE foothills of Detroit Plateau on southern Trinity Peninsula in Graham Land. Situated E of the upper course of Boydell Glacier, 15.5 km SW of Povien Peak, 7.11 km W by S of Petkov Nunatak, 3.12 km NW of the summit of Kopito Ridge, 5.18 km NNE of Mureno Peak and 8.34 km ENE of Seydol Crag. Precipitous, mostly ice-free W slopes. Surmounting Boydell Glacier to the W and S. Named after the settlement of Lobosh in Western Bulgaria.
