This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 13 km long and 4 km wide glacier on the E side of north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Draining northeastwards from Panicheri Gap, Voysil Peak and Mount Gozur to join Embree Glacier NW of Mirovyane Peak. US mapping in 1988. Named after the medieval town of Kopsis in Central Bulgaria.
