This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

The peak rising to 1500 m in Maglenik Heights, north-central Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated 3.46 km NE of Zimornitsa Peak, 13.68 km SE of Mount Schmid and 17.94 km NNW of Mount Besch. Surmounting Kopsis Glacier to the W, lower Embree Glacier to the N, and Young Glacier to the S. US mapping in 1988. Named after the settlement of Mirovyane in Western Bulgaria.
