This name originates from Japan. It is part of the Japan Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The second highest peak of Widerøefjellet, Sør Rondane Mountains. Named after late JARE-Leader/Expeditioner Masayoshi Murayama. Latitude and longitude are based on GRS67 reference system, and will be transformed to GRS80/WGS84 system in a near future.
