This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The partly ice-free ridge rising to 1700 m on Nordenskjöld Coast in Graham Land. Extending 23 km in W-E direction between Foster Plateau and Weddell Sea, and 10 km wide. Bounded by Drygalski Glacier to the N, and Rogosh Glacier and Zlokuchene Glacier to the S. Linked by Mrahori Saddle to Lovech Heights to the S. British mapping in 1978. Named after the city of Kyustendil in Western Bulgaria.
