This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Two contiguous rocks in Zed Islands, South Shetland Islands extending 330 m in NW-SE direction and 70 m wide. Situated 100 m ENE of Dlagnya Rocks and 2.82 km WSW of Pyramid Island. British mapping in 1968 and Bulgarian mapping in 2009. Named after the settlements of Goritsa in Northeastern and Southeastern Bulgaria.
