This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The point forming the S side of the entrance to Galata Cove and the N side of the entrance to Lapeyrère Bay on the NE coast of Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago. Situated 5.85 km S by E of Cape Bayle, 1.93 km S of Frolosh Point, 7.13 km W by S of Theta Islands in Melchior Islands, 7.44 km N by W of Gourdon Point and 7.77 km NE of Bonete Point. British mapping in 1980. Named after the Bulgarian geographer, mountaineer and publicist Pavel Deliradev (1879-1957).
