This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The 19 km long and 6 km wide glacier on the E side of northern Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated N of Embree Glacier and S of Newcomer Glacier. Drains the N slopes of the side ridge that trends 9.15 km from Mount Dalrymple on the main crest of Sentinel Range east-northeastwards to Robinson Pass, flows northwards and joins Newcomer Glacier NW of Mount Lanning in Sostra Heights. US mapping in 1961. Named after the Thracian god Sabazios.
