This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The sharp rocky peak rising to 1970 m on the W side of northern Sentinel Range in Ellsworth Mountains. Situated on the side ridge extending from a peak standing on the main crest of the range just NNW of Mount Dawson, 10.4 km SW of Mount Crawford, 10.22 km W of Mount Dawson, 15 km NW of Mursalitsa Peak and 18.65 km SE of Fisher Nunatak. US mapping in 1961. Arzos is the ancient Thracian name of Sazliyka River in Southern Bulgaria.
