This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The mostly ice-covered peak of elevation 850 m on Eurydice Peninsula, Danco Coast in Graham Land. Situated 3.9 km SE of Meusnier Point and 4.77 km NW of Mitkaloto Peak. Steep and partly ice-free E and NW slopes. Surmounts Charlotte Bay to the SW and W, its easterly part Recess Cove to the N, and Nobile Glacier to the NE. British mapping in 1978. Named after Kamen Bonev, geologist and mountain guide at St. Kliment Ohridski base in 1998/99 and subsequent seasons.
