This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
The ice-covered saddle of elevation 900 m on Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago, connecting Avroleva Heights on the E to Taran Plateau in Stribog Mountains on the W. Situated 730 m WSW of Opizo Peak, 10.8 km NE of Mount Parry and 6.85 km SE of Blesna Peak. Part of the glacial divide between Laƫnnec Glacier to the N and Svetovrachene Glacier to the S. British mapping in 1980 and 2008. Named after the ancient Roman station of Doriones in Western Bulgaria.
