This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A terminal moraine embankment of gravel located in southern part of the core area which is in the southern tip of the valley between Harding Mountain and Zakharoff Ridge. The component is the gravel which is wrapped by the glaciers. The totall length is 2km to 3km. It was named when mapping during the 16th CHINARE in 2000.
