This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
East to the Antarctic, the peak of the northridge of Harding Hill goes from northwest to southeast. The top is covered with blowed stone and the peak is sheer which looks like a general. It was named when surveying and mapping during the 16th CHINARE in 2000.
