This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Located at the north of the core area,the hill is steep and incapable of climbing. The eastern side of the hill is a platform while the western side of the hill is Blue Ice plain.It was named when surveying and mapping during the 16th CHINARE in 2000.
