This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A precipitous slope below a cliff in the north of the southwest Xinan Gaodi.Ice and snow by the sea which never melts below and the steep ice rocks are daunting. In January 1989, the cliff is named Xiaoguijianchou Ya(which means even ghost would be afraid of it)because the terrain survey work was so difficult to be done.
