Cove 1.5 km wide and 2 km long flowing west into Darbel Bay, Loubet Coast. Named in association with Lampe Glacier. Named after Captain Karl-Ulrich Lampe (b. 1937), long serving and exploratory Antarctic passenger ship captain since 1987. Contributor to several initiatives to strengthen safety and navigational understanding of polar water operations.
