The low, rounded and ice-free tipped point on the SW coast of Greenwich Island situated 2 km SE of Kerseblept Nunatak, 1.27 km SW of Telerig Nunatak, 1.77 km WNW of Yovkov Point, and 4.3 km NE of Inott Point on Livingston Island, South Shetland Islands. Bulgarian mapping in 2005, 2009 and 2017.
Named after the Bulgarian poet Elisaveta Bagryana (1893-1991).
