This name originates from . It is part of the Germany Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A distinctive peak projecting about 400m from the surface of the glacier Humboldtgraben at the E scarp of Nordwestinsel, Alexander-von-Humboldt-Gebirge, Wohlthatmassiv, Fimbulheimen, Neuschwabenland, Dronning Maud Land. Very likely a first ascent on 2017-NOV-13 during a privately organized expedition, motivated by mountain climbing, nature studies and journalistic interests, called International Queen Maud Land Expedition 2017.
