A high granite bluff on the western side of the Daniels Range, USARP Mountains, in Oates Land. This feature is visible from 95km north and from many points across the Rennick Glacier (Ross Dependency).
Named by the New Zealand Geological and Survey Antarctic Expedition (1963-64) from the saying in George Orwell's novel 1984, ie 'Big Brother is watching you', as the feature always seemed to be watching from a distance.
