Prominent rock ridge on the northeast side of Lanterman Range, Bowers Mountains. From the heights just east of Mount Bernstein, the ridge trends northwest for 12.5km and forms a part of the east wall of MacKinnon Glacier.
Mapped by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from ground surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-62. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Commander Joseph L. Reilly, U.S. Navy (USN), officer in charge of the winter support party at McMurdo Station. 1964.
