An island located at the northern end of Weddell Arm, Vestfold Hills.
In 1937, during the Christensen Antarctic expeditions, the Norwegian flagged vessel Firern supported the Thorshavn, captained by Klarius Mikkelsen. Firern carried the seaplane that was used to survey the Ingrid Christensen Coast.
