This name originates from Australia. It is part of the Australian Antarctic Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
A prominent rocky bluff which is the eastern most outcrop of the Vestfold Hills. It is surrounded by ice and snow and is, in effect the last outcrop as one travels up onto the plateau.
Named for its remoteness.
