A group of three rocks at the entrance to Winston Lagoon, Heard Island. A name applied by Ealey and Chittleborough in 1949 during the ANARE visit to the area.
Named after R.G. Oatt, radio supervisor, with the 1949 ANARE Heard Island Expedition.
