This name originates from Australia. It is part of the Australian Antarctic Gazetteer.
A rocky cape on the south west coast of Heard Island. The feature was named after HMAS Labuan (formerly LST 3501), which landed and relieved the 1948 ANARE party. The name was given by members of the 1948 ANARE.
