This name originates from Australia. It is part of the Australian Antarctic Gazetteer.
A large glacier which is situated on the south coast between Lavett Bluff and Lambeth Bluff. This glacier was originally called "the 1951 Glacier" by an ANARE party which made a traverse of the island in 1951.
