Narrative

The island lies 4 kms off the western coast of Fuller Island. It is an irregularly shaped island which measures about 2.2 kms by 0.4 kms and lies roughly midway between Vertoletnyy Peninsula and Fuller Island. It has steep hills rising at its northern and southern extremities and a gully which crosses the island. Mapped by the Soviet Antarctic Expedition in 1956.
