Narrow ridge centred 4.16km E of Hemus Peak, 3.5km NE by S of Mount Bowles and 4.1km N by E of Kuzman Knoll, Livingston Island. Long 1.9km in E-W direction, wide 0.5km, highest point of just over 700m located at its W extremity. Steeper and partly ice-free S slope. Overlooking Kaliakra Glacier to the N. The area between Melnik Ridge and Mount Bowles is drained by a glacier tributary to Huron Glacier. Named after the Bulgarian town of Melnik.
