Narrative

La Expedición Antártica Chilena de 1948-1949 y la de 1949-1950 efectuaron el levantamiento del estrecho Inglés y cartografiaron este accidente con el nombre de Nunatak Bajo. La forma actual del nombre se usa desde 1963. Nunatak situado a 2 millas al NW de la punta Prat y vecino a la costa SW de la isla Robert, islas Shetland del Sur.
