Narrative

A small isolated rock on the eastern end of Sabrina Coast. Delineated from air photographs taken by USN Operation Highjump (1946-47) Visited and its position fixed by ANARE Expedition under Phillip Law in 1960. Named by USACAN after Amos Chick, carpenter on the sloop Vincennes of the USEE under Wilkes (1838-42).
