Narrative

Descubierto por la Expedición Sueca de los años 1901-1904, al mando del Dr. Otto Nordenskjöld. El monte fue cartografiado en el año 1946 por el FIDS quienes le pusieron este nombre por su comandante, capitán A. Taylor, de su base en bahía Hope en el año 1945. Monte de cima plana, alcanza una altura de 987 metros, su lado NE es muy empinado, está ubicado a 3 millas al WSW de bahía Hope y a 2,5 millas al N del extremo NE de bahía Duse.
