Narrative

La ensenada Evans fue vista desde el aire por Sir Hubert Wilkins el 20 de diciembre de 1928. La punta fue cartografiada durante el año 1947 por el FIDS y el dio este nombre descriptivo el Comité Británico de Nombres Antárticos en 1950. Punta en forma de cuña cubierta de hielo y de unos 335 metros de altura que señala el lado S de la entrada a ensenada Evans en la costa E de la península Tierra de O'Higgins.
