Narrative

La Expedición de John Rymill en 1936 la denominó isla South. Una Expedición Británica la renombró en el año 1948 con su actual nombre en recuerdo del vicealmirante Sir Arthur G. N Wyatt, hidrógrafo de la Armada Británica entre los años 1945-1950. Isla de unas 5 millas de largo por 2 de ancho ubicada a 8 millas al NE de isla Webb y al S de isla Day. La cima de la isla es aguda de piedra desnuda, sobresaliente del manto de hielo que cubre totalmente la isla.
