Origin

This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

A rock cape east of Norma Cove, 700 meters southwest of Uruguay's Artigas Station, is the end of a peninsula which extends into the sea. The rock face is sheer, red and green jade can be seen in the rocks nears the sea. It was named by Chinese surveyors in February 1986, and it was named when aerial surveying and mapping in 1986.
