This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

A large and open hilly area northwest of the Stuart Ness Peninsula. The hilly area is on the north of Wutai Mountain and there are lots of rocky hills and small water lakes in the center. It was named while mapping the terrain air-photographing in 1993.
