Origin

This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

A group of giant rocks that lies from 200m south of the Great Wall Station dock to the entrance to Changcheng Wan, which is shaped like the head of a dragon. It was named when surveying and mapping in 1985 to represent the nostalgia of members from the first Chinese Antarctic Expedition team.
