Origin

This name originates from China. It is part of the China Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

It consists of two small lakes between Huangshi Shan and GuiBei Shan with similar sizes. One is in the east and the other is in the west, 300 meters away. The water is clear, which makes the lake like a pair of glasses. It was named when surveying and mapping in February 1986.
