This name originates from United Kingdom. It is part of the Gazetteer of the British Antarctic Territory and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Low hill, E-W orientation approx. 1.5km W of Ardley Island isthmus, Byers Peninsula, King George Island, South Shetland Islands. The name was in common use in geological literature (Brazilian, Chilean and Chinese) from the 1980's. (APC, 2001).
