rising to 1,180 m, above Jones Ice Shelf and Kosiba Wall NE Blaiklock Island, off the W coast of Graham Land. Named by the UK-APC after John Edward Giles Kershaw (1948-1990), BAS senior pilot, 1974-79, and pilot on Transglobe Expedition, 1980-82, and other expeditions. He was killed in a flying accident on Jones Ice Shelf, Mar. 5, 1990, and now rests near the foot of this mountain (APC, 1991).
