This name originates from Japan. It is part of the Japan Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.
Two small rock exposures situated 6 km south of Karamete Misaki, in the east part of Riiser-Larsenhalvøya. Its air photos were taken by JARE, 1970-71, and named Hutatu Iwa (two rocks).
